Hyerlo vs TraderSync

Hyerlo vs TraderSync for crypto traders: plan prices, crypto support, funding vs trading fees, AI gates, and when a crypto-perp journal fits better.

TraderSync is a multi-asset trading journal with analytics, strategy tools, Cypher AI messaging, and trade replay on paid tiers. Public pages also market crypto support and a large broker catalog. Hyerlo is a crypto-perp journal: live Binance Futures read-only autosync, CSV for other listed venues, and review widgets that split trading fees from funding.

Quick chooser

Stay on TraderSync when you like one journal across crypto and other assets and you use Cypher or replay enough to justify the tier. Try Hyerlo when crypto perps are effectively the whole book and you want funding-aware review with a shorter venue list you can audit.

Honest import status (Hyerlo)

  • Binance Futures: Read-only API autosync live
  • Bybit: CSV today; autosync coming
  • Phemex: CSV today; autosync coming
  • Hyperliquid: CSV today; autosync coming
  • Binance USDM: CSV today; autosync coming
  • Manual entry: Every plan

Pricing and feature gates

TraderSync’s official pricing page (checked this run) lists Pro at $29.95/mo ($269.52/year), Premium at $49.95/mo ($449.52/year), and Elite at $79.95/mo ($719.52/year). Account limits and Cypher message caps rise with the tier. Replay precision also changes by plan in their matrix.

Hyerlo does not sell AI message packs. You pay for autosync seats when you want live Binance Futures sync. Everything else on Base stays manual.

If Cypher and replay are weekly habits, TraderSync’s higher tiers can earn their keep. If those features sit unused, a crypto-native plan shape may fit better after you trial both.

Where TraderSync is strong

TraderSync’s crypto landing and exchange messaging are real. Unified journaling across stocks, futures, forex, and crypto helps traders who rotate books. Education, how-tos, and the Cypher / replay stack are deeper than what Hyerlo ships. Mobile presence is part of their marketing; plan-specific mobile features are listed on their product pages.

For a multi-asset trader who already likes TraderSync’s reports, leaving solely for “crypto vibes” can be a downgrade. Fair credit.

Where Hyerlo fits crypto-primary books

Short, auditable ingest list

Hyerlo names venues and status instead of implying universal coverage. Binance Futures autosync is live with a reading-only key (read-only API keys). Other listed venues use CSV until autosync arrives (import).

Funding visibility

Weekly review should show whether funding ate the week. Hyerlo’s fees split widget is built for that. TraderSync documents multi-asset fee tracking; a dedicated CEX funding-split widget is not listed the way Hyerlo ships one.

No AI by design

Some traders distrust black box coaching. Hyerlo’s deliberate “No” on AI and calculators is a trust row, not a missing checkbox. You drive the tags and notes yourself, plus setups and the widgets.

Who should stay on TraderSync

  • Crypto is one sleeve inside a multi-asset book
  • You use Cypher, replay, or strategy tools weekly
  • Your exchanges already sync or import cleanly
  • You do not want to rebuild tags without a clear gain

Who should try Hyerlo

  • Crypto is roughly the whole book
  • Funding and fee drag drive how you judge expectancy
  • You want Base forever before paying for autosync seats
  • Your venues match Binance Futures autosync and/or the CSV list
  • You prefer chart dock review over AI message caps

Migrate path

  1. Export from TraderSync before any cancel. Pull trades along with notes and tags.
  2. Connect Binance Futures or upload CSV (Binance Futures journal).
  3. Dual-run two weeks. Match trade counts and net PnL.
  4. Remap tags and setups carefully.
  5. Cancel only after a clean week.

Decision worksheet (ten minutes)

Write answers before you change tools:

  1. What share of last month’s P&L is crypto perps?
  2. Which three venues must work in week one?
  3. Do you open Cypher or replay weekly, monthly, or never?
  4. What is your max monthly software budget?
  5. Will you dual-run for at least two weeks?

If crypto is under half your P&L and you use coaching features weekly, TraderSync remains the default. If crypto is nearly all of it, budget is tight, and coaching features go unused, trial Hyerlo with your real fills first.

Weekly review habits that differ

On TraderSync, many traders lean on Cypher questions and replay after the session. On Hyerlo, the habit looks more like: open the calendar, sort the dock by largest losers, read the chart with your entry note, then check trading fees vs funding. If funding ate the week, cut hold time or skip the crowded side. Tag repeated mistakes and change one setup rule, not ten.

That difference is taste, not morality. Pick the ritual you will actually keep.

Frequently asked questions

Does TraderSync support Binance and Bybit?

Public crypto marketing has named major CEXs. Their supported-broker docs distinguish sync versus file import by product type.

Is Hyerlo a full TraderSync replacement?

No. Hyerlo does not match TraderSync’s broker catalog, Cypher stack, or replay suite. It targets crypto-perp review.

Is there a free path on both?

TraderSync markets a free Basic plan with published file-import and feature limits. Hyerlo Base is $0 forever for manual trades. Autosync needs Breakout or Expansion.
