Hyerlo is a live crypto trade journal. For Bybit, history comes in by CSV today. Autosync for Bybit is coming. Until it ships, export Order History or trade history from Bybit, upload the file, then review fills on the chart. Use tags, notes, setups, and the same dashboard widgets you use on every other venue.

Try hyerlo.com. See pricing when you need autosync seats for venues that already support them.

Bybit ingest status

Path Status on Hyerlo Notes
CSV import Live Named Bybit preset available
Read-only API autosync Coming Do not expect a live Bybit key connect yet
Manual entry Live Base plan and every paid plan
Binance Futures autosync Live Separate account in the same journal

Bybit on Hyerlo is CSV first. Binance Futures is the venue with live read-only autosync today.

Who this page is for

You trade USDT or USDC perps, futures, or related derivatives on Bybit and want one journal that keeps funding visible next to trading fees. You already export CSV for taxes or backups, so a weekly import fits your rhythm.

If you need a live Bybit API journal today, wait for Bybit autosync or use another tool. Hyerlo does not ship AI coaching or calculators. Bybit autosync is still coming.

How Bybit data enters Hyerlo

Export from Bybit (official Data Export and Unified Trading Order paths)

Bybit documents self-export on the web (not the Bybit app). Identity Verification or Business Verification is required for Data Export.

Path A: Data Export page (longer history)

  1. On Bybit, open Profile → Account → Data Export (or Assets → Funding Account → History → Data Export).
  2. Choose Order History as the data type when you want trades, fees, and closed P&L style records.
  3. Pick the records that match your book. For perps, look for USDT Perpetual or USDC Perpetual trade and closed P&L history rows in the Order History list.
  4. Set a timeframe. Bybit caps a single Data Export file at one year. Export one year at a time if you need more.
  5. Click Export Now. Wait until status shows Exported, then download. Bybit sends an email when the file is ready. Links stay valid for seven days.
  6. Extract the CSV if Bybit delivers a compressed archive.

Bybit notes that Data Export processing for Order History can take about 1 to 3 days depending on size, with a monthly export quota (50 exports across data types on the documented plan). Plan ahead before a weekly review, not the night before.

Path B: Unified Trading Order page (faster, shorter window)

  1. Go to Orders → Unified Trading Order.
  2. Open the product history you trade (for example Futures) and switch to the Trade History style tab rather than a pure open orders list.
  3. Use Export, choose contract type and time range, then Export Now.
  4. Bybit documents this path with a shorter lookback (up to six months within the last two years) and a 10,000 entry cap per export.

Prefer Trade History or fill style files over cancelled order lists. Cancelled orders without fills do not belong in a PnL journal.

Full click notes also sit on the Bybit import guide.

Upload in Hyerlo

  1. Open CSV import in Hyerlo and choose the Bybit path or preset.
  2. Upload the file and read the preview.
  3. Confirm mapping if the preview asks for it, then finish the import.
  4. Repeat per subaccount if you keep separate books. Tag the account so widgets stay honest.

Duplicate protection helps when consecutive exports overlap. Still, keep a folder of dated exports so you can prove what you uploaded.

Manual entry

Base remains $0 forever for manual trades only. Use it for notes-first logging while you wait on an export, or for a single fill the CSV missed.

What you review after import

{/* screenshot: calendar with Bybit daily PnL cells */}

{/* screenshot: fees widget showing trading vs funding on a Bybit account */}

  • Full charting with entry and exit marks
  • Trades dock for stepping through a session
  • Tags, notes, setups, themes
  • Calendar
  • Widgets: PnL, drawdown, hit rate, trading vs funding fees, streaks, overtrading
  • Multi-account by plan
  • Hide values for shared reviews

CSV import does not invent funding rows that were never in the file. If your Bybit export separates funding or income history, keep that file and attribute funding in review the same week you import fills.

Frequently asked questions

Does Hyerlo autosync Bybit right now?

No. Bybit is CSV import today. Autosync is coming. Binance Futures already autosyncs with a read-only key.

Which Bybit file should I upload?

Use Order History or Trade History style CSVs with fills, fees, and closed P&L where available. Avoid cancelled-only order lists. Data Export supports longer ranges; Unified Trading Order is faster for recent windows.

Can I mix Bybit CSV with Binance Futures autosync?

Yes. Accounts sit side by side. Autosync seat counts follow Breakout and Expansion. See exchanges and features.

Is Hyerlo free for Bybit traders?

Base is $0 forever for manual trades. CSV import is how Bybit history enters the journal today. Paid plans add autosync seats for live venues and for Bybit when that path ships.
