Short answers to common questions.

Do I need an account to use Hyerlo?

Yes. During pre-launch the journal is invite-only — join the waitlist on the home page, or log in if Hyerlo sent you beta credentials. See Getting started.

Why can't I create an account on the login page?

Self-service signup is disabled until launch. Use Join the waitlist on the home page, or log in with beta credentials.

Why is a trade read-only when I try to edit it?

Trades synced from an exchange are often view-only so Hyerlo stays aligned with the venue. Manual trades you entered yourself can usually be edited fully. See Trades.

Why does my trade show on the wrong calendar day?

Calendar, dashboard, and analytics days follow your timezone in Settings → Preferences. If you're near midnight UTC or travel across zones, double-check that setting.

How do I hide PnL on stream or screenshots?

Use the purple quick-menu dot on the sidebar → Hide values (eye icon). Details in App chrome.

How do I filter which accounts appear in the journal?

Open Accounts in the sidebar, check the accounts you want, then Save. See App chrome.

What's the difference between Base, Breakout, and Expansion?

See Plans & billing. In short: Base is entry-level journaling with limited sync, Breakout adds capacity and multi-account sync, Expansion is the full tier.

Can I use Hyerlo on mobile?

Yes — the app is responsive. Sidebar collapses on small screens. Advanced dashboard editing and the quick menu are easiest on a wide desktop.

I paid but my plan still shows the old tier

Refresh and check Settings → Overview. Stripe can take a moment after checkout. If it still looks wrong after a few minutes, contact support with the email used at checkout.
